The company has been operating since 1996 in the field of import of industrial goods.
We organize deliveries to the EU by partnering with third-party European logistics companies who ship directly to our warehouses for subsequent acceptance.
Our company’s primary line of business is wholesale and delivery. The purchase of goods and deliveries to Latvia are made by preliminary agreement. We will purchase and deliver goods to order, strictly adhering to the terms, quantities and prices specified by the client.
The goods are first transferred to our company’s warehouse. For goods with no special shipping, storage or accounting requirements, delivery to the client’s warehouse is also possible. In this case, the manufacturer makes a direct dispatch of their product, and either our partnering third-party logistics company or our representative expedites the delivery.

We also supply goods and equipment for catering establishments and food production facilities.
PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION INTEGRAL TO OUR BUSINESS MODEL
- consolidation of products for shipment as dispatched by manufacturers;
- transfer to the third-party logistics company’s warehouses for customs clearance;
- export of products outside the EU;
- preparation of documents necessary for certification of exported goods in the client’s country.
THE COMPANY'S TYPICAL BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
Training seminars and workshops for our clients carried out by the manufacturer of the delivered goods. These are included in the price of the delivered goods and can take place either at a manufacturer’s facility or at any other place designated by the client. Marketing plans and sales targets.Together with product manufacturers, we will assist in the development of commercial plans to promote products at the point of sale (distributors by territory).
